How it works
One line → one card.
Five steps.
Write one line
In 120 characters or less, what’s got you shaken today. A category is optional.
Your line is discarded the instant your card is made. Never stored.
Safety check (4 levels)
Signs of suicide, self-harm, or crisis are detected automatically, and you’re routed straight to emergency guidance.
Hand-curated crisis keywords plus an LLM backstop, following mental-health guidelines.
Three breaths
Eyes closed: breathe in for 4, hold for 2, out for 4 — three times.
About a 14-second ritual. Your card arrives while you breathe.
One grounding card
Five parts: a line of empathy → a title → a 1–3 line body → a 10-second action → (at Level 1) safety guidance.
Either a human-written beta card or LLM output that’s passed the safety guidelines.
Share, save, or report
Share to KakaoTalk or Instagram. Save as a PNG. Report anything that doesn’t belong.
You can send it straight to a friend, too.
A sample card
That tremor? It means you actually care.
The interviewer isn’t there to judge you — they’re looking for someone to work alongside.
And the shaking you feel shows far less than you think.
One slow breath at the door — let your shoulders drop, then walk in.
○ Today’s line · three times, to yourself
“This tremor is on my side. Once the first sentence is out, the rest follows.”
What it doesn’t do
- Medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions — this isn’t healthcare.
- Crisis intervention — at Level 2 or 3, it only points you to emergency help (109 / 119 in Korea).
- Forced sign-up — just an anonymous (anonymous_id) cookie.
- Storing the line you wrote — it’s discarded the moment your card is made.
- Ad-tracking pixels — only our own event logging.
