dadokim does not offer web checkout. App purchases and refunds follow the App Store or Google Play process used for the purchase.
1. Refund requests
- iOS: Apple decides refund eligibility and timing.
- Android: Google Play decides refund eligibility and timing.
- Past web purchases remain governed by the terms in effect at purchase and applicable law.
- Reporting a gift message or blocking its sender is a safety action and does not automatically cancel or refund a purchase.
2. How to request one
Request a refund from Google Play
For a past web purchase, email hello@dadokim.com.
3. Credits and records
- Paid credits do not expire.
- Free credits follow the conditions shown in the app and are not refundable.
- Payment records are retained under applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
This policy does not limit consumer rights provided by applicable law.
