Refund Policy

In one line
Unused credits are refunded pro rata. Credits you’ve already used (digital content already delivered) are non-refundable under §17(5) of the E-commerce Act.
1. What can be refunded (E-commerce Act §17)
- Paid credits (unused): within 7 days of payment · for any reason · refunded pro rata
- Paid credits (used): non-refundable (digital content already delivered)
- Free credit: non-refundable (1 per day, expires at midnight KST)
- Monthly plan: cancel at least 1 day before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again · you keep this month’s credits
- Unused subscription credits (after cancellation): valid for 5 years · canceling does not bring the expiry forward
2. Pro-rated refund examples
Example 1) 10-card pack $1.90 · 3 credits used
· 7 unused credits × $0.19 = $1.33 refunded
· the 3 used credits are non-refundable
Example 2) 30-card pack $4.90 · 5 credits used
· 25 unused credits × $0.163 = $4.08 refunded
· the 5 used credits are non-refundable
Example 3) 100-card pack $12.90 · none used
· 100 credits × $0.129 = $12.90 refunded in full
3. How to request a refund
- Enter your payment ID and reason on the refund request form
- We process it within 3 business days
- Once processed, the refund goes back to your original payment method (it may take an extra 1–3 business days for the money to arrive, depending on your card issuer or bank)
- Once it’s done, we’ll email you at the address you used at checkout
4. When a refund can be refused (malicious abuse)
- Abuse of the referral or credit system (self-referral · multiple accounts · bot automation)
- Payment made under someone else’s name or with a stolen identity
- Requesting a second refund on a payment that has already been refunded
5. Credit validity (for reference)
- Paid credits: 5 years from the date of purchase
- Referral bonus credits: 5 years from the date they were earned
- Free credit (1/day): expires at midnight KST
- Credits expire automatically after 5 years (this satisfies the E-commerce Act’s requirement to state a validity period for digital content)
