What we give you

• Write one line → get one comforting, self-affirming card (emotional content)
• Card packs add credits (10/30/100 · valid for 5 years)
• Monthly plan (Unlimited $4.90 · 50 credits refilled automatically each month · cancel anytime)
• Cards to send to a friend · unlimited ★pin storage (paid)

What we don’t give you

• Medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or counseling
• Medication recommendations or advice to stop medication
• Crisis intervention (we provide emergency guidance only)
• Making medical decisions for you through AI automation

The free-text safety net

• If we detect signs of suicide or self-harm, card generation is blocked and you’re pointed to 109 / 119
• Every entry is classified instantly — you get either a card or emergency guidance
• In an emergency, 119 is the fastest way to get help
• Note: automated detection currently covers Korean text only

Payments · Refunds

• Payments go through Polar (Merchant of Record · global · VAT included automatically)
• Unused credits: refunded pro rata within 7 days of payment, per the E-commerce Act §17
• Used credits: digital content already delivered · non-refundable (§17(5))
• Example: 10-card pack at $1.90 · 3 used → $1.33 refunded (7 × $0.19)
• Processing time: within 3 business days of the request · refunded to your original payment method
• Monthly plan: an email notice goes out 7 days before the next charge · cancel at least 1 day before and you won’t be billed again

What you can’t do

• Write or share content that harms others
• Bypass or misuse the Service
• Copy card content for commercial use without permission

dadokim is an emotional-content service and does not replace medical care or psychotherapy. The Company is not responsible for medical or psychological outcomes arising from your use of the Service. In an emergency, call 119 or 109 (in Korea) right away.
